Job Title: Cleanroom AssemblerJob Description

Join a dedicated and high-performing team at our new Grand Rapids, MI site, where you will play a crucial role in the production and packaging of components for medical devices. Your work will be instrumental in our mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for millions of people worldwide. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment with personal protective equipment including eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
  • Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products.
  • Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed items.
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Operate packaging machines and handle boxing and labeling materials.
Essential Skills
  • General labor skills in a cleanroom environment
  • Ability to follow assembly and production procedures
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Experience using measuring devices and hand tools

Work Environment

This position involves working in a cleanroom with required personal protective equipment. The role is scheduled for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
