Essential Skills

• Experience in sizing boilers, chillers, and equipment for HVAC systems.

Job Description

This role involves providing engineering services to architects, contractors, municipalities, healthcare, and other business organizations in the design, analysis, and documentation of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed plans and specifications for mechanical systems.
• Review existing systems and processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Make changes or corrections to existing designs per customer request.
• Prepare load calculations by determining the heating, cooling, and other load requirements for buildings.
• Develop efficient systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with electrical, civil, and structural engineers, as well as architects and contractors, to ensure efficient designs.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the design or construction phase.
