Job Title: Millwright

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Millwright responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing mechanical equipment. This role involves working on various machinery such as furnaces, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Install industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using layouts.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
  • Troubleshoot machinery to identify issues.
  • Fabricate parts using MIG or stick welding.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Mechanical Maintenance role (Millwright, Welder/Fabricator, Maintenance Technician, etc.).
  • Proficiency in blueprint and schematic interpretation.
  • Ability to weld (MIG or Stick) and fabricate parts.
  • Possess basic hand tools necessary for the role.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
