Job Description
This is a 1st shift CNC Machinist position working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 50-hour work weeks with voluntary weekends.
There are also multiple spots available on 3rd Shift, currently running from 8PM-6AM (50 hour work weeks)
- Operate up to 3 CNC machines simultaneously, including Mills, Lathes, and Grinders.
- Perform up to 8 or 9 tool changes daily across all machines.
- Load CNC machines, execute programs, and make minor edits as necessary.
- Conduct quality checks using Micrometers and Calipers every 300-400 parts.
- Attend daily meetings to understand shift requirements and assigned workstations.
- Store completed parts in bins for daily shipment to customers.
Essential Skills
- 5 years of experience operating CNC Machines, including Screw Machines or Mills.
- 5 years of experience in reading blueprints.
- 5 years of experience in making edits to existing CNC programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in CNC Programming is a plus.

The work environment is fairly loud but clean and air-conditioned. Management adopts a hands-off but direct approach, allowing machinists to personalize their workstations with food, drinks, and music while ensuring production targets are met.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
