Job Title: Member Service Center Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 80-100 calls per day addressing member inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information
- Assist members with checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Resolve account issues quickly and professionally
- Recommend financial services that align with member needs
- Collect member loan payments and handle various accounting transactions
- Act as the voice of our brand—friendly, confident, and positive
- Provide problem-solving solutions and guide members through issues
- Maintain follow-through to ensure all details are covered
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Outgoing, personable candidates—you must truly enjoy working with people
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Call center and/or financial institution experience preferred
- Strong computer skills—quick typing, searches, and performing transactions
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s degree in business or related field is a plus!)
