Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Medical Production Operators to join our dynamic team at a leading global company in the field of 3D printing and additive manufacturing. With over 30 years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment, focusing on manufacturing and medical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operate a small 'pencil' grinder to shape parts
- Use files for precision on edges of parts
- Perform blasting of material in a controlled machine
- Sort finished products
- Ream and grind parts to prepare them for the line
- Detach parts using a bandsaw
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a team-based environment
- Experience in repetitive assembly or production manufacturing with hand tools
- Consistent employment history with no more than three jobs in five years
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, grinders, saws, and calipers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Clean room experience
- Grinding experience
- Blasting experience

Work Environment
Work in a clean and well-lit facility, primarily in a cleanroom setting. You will be required to wear N95 masks and have the flexibility to sit for most of your shift. Enjoy the perk of listening to music with headphones while you work. Choose from the first shift (7 am-3 pm) or the second shift (2 pm-10 pm) from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.67 - $19.44/hr.
