Customer Service Representative (General)

Workplace Type: Fully Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)

Location: 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI, 49002-9711, USA

Placement Type: 12-month contract

Pay Rate: $20/hour


About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on order management and customer service support, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of customer orders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform order entry and place orders for customers using Oracle (training provided).
  • Monitor client portals for PO approvals, match approvals to corresponding orders, and close them out.
  • Look up and input order numbers in the system.
  • Support Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.
  • Process 10–15 orders per day from a shared inbox with precision and efficiency.

Training

  • Duration: 2–4 weeks
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or order management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications; Oracle experience is a plus (training provided).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Work Environment

Although fully remote, our team stays connected through chat and video meetings, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Portage, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
