Job Title: General Production Worker- Nights $16.85/hr
Job Description
Join our production team where you will be an integral part of the assembly line, ensuring that components are assembled and machines are operated efficiently. Your role will involve inspecting parts before they are packed and shipped. You will also rotate through various positions on the line, offering a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble materials and operate machines on the production line.
- Inspect parts for quality before they are packaged.
- Lift and place components into boxes for shipment.
- Rotate through different positions on the production line.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle parts safely.
- Experience in visual inspection to identify defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.
- Demonstrated job stability with at least 8 months at each of the last three positions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical and machine operating roles is a plus.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a plastic manufacturing facility that can be warm during summer months. You will work alongside a team, including an OP1 and an OP3 overseeing operations. Dress code includes work pants, shirts, closed-toe shoes, and safety glasses. Long fingernails are not permitted due to safety regulations.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
