MEMBER SERVICE REP – 

Salary: $18-19.50/hr + Benefits

Contract: This is not a contract! This is a Direct Placement opportunity.

Job Summary: 

Become a part of 365 Live, our Call Center. As a Member Service Center Representative you’ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members over the phone. We’re a family here, so outstanding teamwork is a must. Our number one goal is to make our members feel like they can call us for anything, anytime, and they’ll be able to hang up the phone feeling confident and satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day by addressing members inquiries, solving problems and providing new product information.

- Answer members telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner

- Answer inquiries on banking products including checking, savings, loans and lines of credit etc.

Must Have: 

• Minimum 1 year Call Center Experience (2 years preferred) (Must have RECENT customer service experience within the last 2 years) OR equivalent industry experience.

Nice to Have: 

• Previous Banking or Credit Union Experience
