The plant has cement floors, and parts for customers are organized in containers outside of various workspaces. We pride ourselves on our collaborative team and the opportunity to wear multiple hats, solving diverse and unique problems. Working hours are flexible, starting at either 7 AM or 8 AM and ending at 4 PM or 5 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. After six months, employees gain access to Udemy for learning and development, alongside two weeks of PTO.
