- Partner with real estate lending leadership to assess business processes, data integrity, and compliance within mortgage origination and servicing systems. Lead initiatives for process improvement from design through implementation.
- Manage business intelligence analytics, third-party vendors, LOS, and related services to support a modern, scalable, and digital mortgage experience.
- Maintain system configurations including user profiles, business rules, workflow settings, regulatory compliance updates, and loan document libraries.
- Monitor and optimize LOS platform usage, collaborating with business units to align system capabilities with strategic goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT development and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Support audit and compliance efforts by identifying system changes and applying best practices from Ellie Mae and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee lending data governance, validation, and reporting. Develop dynamic reports and facilitate automated reporting processes in collaboration with IT.
- Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage for other Lending Analysts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of experience with Encompass, including user profile creation and loan-level access management.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in developing business rules and managing dynamic data tables and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in direct or indirect lending.
- Credit union or banking environments.
- Familiarity with Symitar or additional Encompass functionalities.
