Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist Remote after training

Must Have:
- Ability to commute and train at the office in Warren, MI
- 1+ years’ experience supporting customers in a professional setting
- Bachelor’s Degree Required

This is a customer service position that uses social media as a platform. In this position, you will NOT be responsible for creating pictures
and advertisements….
Day to Day Duties:
- Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store
- Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates and product concerns / inquiries.
- Create and manage 'cases' for customers needing more complex assistance.
- Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics.
- Proactively identify leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services.
- Effectively and accurately document customer interaction.
