Cnc Operator

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to work on CNC Mills or Lathes. Your duties will vary based on your skill level. If you are at the setup level, you will be responsible for setting up and running mills and lathes, including Doosan and other machinery. If you are an operator, your role will focus on operating machines that perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts like castings, forgings, and bar stock after they have been set up by a setup machinist.

• Operate CNC Mills or Lathes to perform machining operations.
• Set up and run mills/lathes for setup level operators.
• Strictly operate CNC machines for operator level roles.
• Load, unload, and change out tools as part of the machining process.
• Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision.
• Learn and develop long-term skills to perform setups.

• Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Proficiency in operating or setting up Doosan machines.
• Ability to use inspection tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with Machining processes and equipment.
• Good soft skills for effective communication and teamwork.

• Experience with Fanuc and Haas machinery.
• Knowledge of machine shop operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
