In this role, candidates will operate machinery and use hand tools to assemble high-quality pre-hung doors. This is a hands-on position that requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and working efficiently within a team environment to meet production goals.
Responsibilities- Operate stitching machines and casing machines safely and efficiently.
- Utilize tools such as nail guns and staplers, along with hand tools, to secure jambs and casings.
- Pull molding orders and stage materials for the production line.
- Operate a forklift to move stock and load finished pallets (training provided if needed).
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/32 of an inch.
- Comfort working with power tools.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift/move doors up to 50-75 lbs. regularly.
- Reliable attendance and ability to read and interpret production tickets and safety instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in production, general labor, assembly, forklift operation, machine operating, packaging, inspection, hand tool use, packing, and load management.
- Knowledge of mechanical, construction, and woodworking.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
