Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting medical machined parts. This involves conducting final and in-process inspections and maintaining strong documentation as per medical regulations. You will regularly read blueprints and should be proficient in understanding GD&T symbols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final and in-process inspections of medical machined parts.
• Maintain strong, accurate documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
• Interpret and utilize blueprints with a thorough understanding of GD&T symbols.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform CMM inspections as required.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to inspect parts using GD&T without additional training.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in an ISO environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience with regulated parts, such as medical or aerospace, is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a machine shop/manufacturing environment.

You will be working in a highly regulated medical device company, within an air-conditioned and well-lit building. The environment is exceptionally clean and organized, with a low turnover rate among its 70-90 employees. The Quality Department, where you will be based, is not a clean room but maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.

This is a Permanent position based out of Big Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Big Lake,MN.
