Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting medical machined parts. This involves conducting final and in-process inspections and maintaining strong documentation as per medical regulations. You will regularly read blueprints and should be proficient in understanding GD&T symbols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct final and in-process inspections of medical machined parts.
- Maintain strong, accurate documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
- Interpret and utilize blueprints with a thorough understanding of GD&T symbols.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform CMM inspections as required.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to inspect parts using GD&T without additional training.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an ISO environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience with regulated parts, such as medical or aerospace, is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a machine shop/manufacturing environment.

The Quality Department, where you will be based, is not a clean room but maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Big Lake, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
