Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team and play a key role in building high-quality, precision-engineered products. In this role, you will assemble and install mechanical and electrical components according to detailed specifications, ensuring each build meets performance and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on professionals who enjoy working with tools, blueprints, and technical systems in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount grills with precision, including installation of wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights
• Interpret and follow blueprints to construct level bumpers and assemblies
• Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems according to build specifications
• Install, route, and wire electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens
• Perform functional and operational testing to verify system performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production goals

Required Skills

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Proficiency using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Familiarity with assembly line or production environments
• Basic electrical assembly and wiring knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

Work Schedule & Environment

• 1st shift, Monday through Friday
• Start times vary by supervisor: 5:00am–3:30pm or 6:00am–4:30pm
• 45–50 hours per week, including mandatory overtime on Fridays
• Temperature-controlled facility with spacious work areas
• Clean, organized, and safety-focused environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Blaine,MN.
