Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in Outbound, Receiving, Kit Build, and Inventory Control areas.
- Utilize an RF Scanner to process inventory within the JD Edwards system.
- Receive products and place them in the correct locations on the shelf.
- Initiate the picking process by scanning orders and packaging products for FedEx shipment.
- Occasionally open kits and build as required.
- Cross-train in all areas to support shoulder replacement parts.
- Consistently remain active throughout the shift, potentially operating manual pallet equipment.

Work Environment
The position operates on a 1st Shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. The facility is clean, organized, and climate-controlled, maintaining temperatures between 72 - 78 degrees. The environment is not a large warehouse, featuring tight racking and alleys. Product weights are manageable, up to 20 lbs. Employees are allowed to keep a phone in their pocket and use one earbud. The role involves 80% independent work and 20% group collaboration.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
