Job Description

Join our dynamic team where you will operate sit-down and stand-up lifts, and potentially a cherry picker, reaching heights of 20-30 feet to efficiently pick products. This role, technically known as the water spider, is crucial in ensuring materials are supplied when and where needed. The main duty involves wrapping pallets and preparing them for shipment. This labor-intensive position requires constant movement and lifting throughout the day, encompassing a wide array of warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and possibly a cherry picker.
• Wrap pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Break down pallets and refill packages and boxes.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move and lift materials constantly throughout the day.
• Ensure materials are supplied where and when needed in the warehouse.

Essential Skills

• Warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• 1+ year of order picking and warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of forklift experience.
• 1+ year of inventory tracking experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of order picking or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in inventory, receiving, and shipping.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems to track inventory.
• Experience with SAP as a warehouse management tool.

Work Environment

Choose from shift options 12pm - 8:30pm or 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 10% shift differential for the 3pm shift. Work in a very open and clean area on a brand-new campus in Bloomington, equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Follow a casual dress code of shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
