Press Brake Operator - 1st shift, up to $30/hr

Job Description

We are a small, highly specialized precision sheet metal shop looking for a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to become part of our close-knit team. The position is for the 1st shift, working from 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with half days on Friday for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati press brakes with efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute a wide range of short-run jobs with speed and precision.
• Run other equipment as needed.

Essential Skills

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in press brake operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform fast, accurate setups.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is a strong plus.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
