Are you someone who takes pride in building high‑quality, reliable products? Do you enjoy hands‑on work, precise craftsmanship, and being part of a team that values your skills?

If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a motivated Electronic Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will help build a variety of electronic sensors and components that play a key part in our products. You’ll work with both surface‑mount and through‑hole soldering, assemble wiring and cables, and help bring entire units together from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity to deepen your technical skills, grow within a supportive environment, and be part of a company that truly invests in its people.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble electronic sensors using both surface‑mount and through‑hole soldering techniques
  • Attach wires and cables to circuit boards and harnesses
  • Perform mechanical assembly of complete units
  • Use a microscope for detailed soldering work on sensors
  • Follow clear written and verbal instructions to meet quality standards
  • Cross‑train in other assembly and testing areas to expand your skillset

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of soldering experience
  • 1+ year in electronic assembly
  • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation in English
  • Comfort using computers for basic navigation
  • Ability to perform fine‑detail work using a microscope

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)

  • Soldering certifications
  • 6+ months of small hand‑tool assembly or soldering experience
  • Experience with wiring, cabling, or harnessing
  • Understanding of mechanical assembly or schematics

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Great benefits once hired: paid vision, dental, and multiple medical plan options
  • Holiday pay after 30 days
  • Generous PTO accrual
  • A large, stable company that still maintains a close, family‑like atmosphere
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company

Your Work Environment

  • Hands-on, high‑volume assembly line environment
  • Work alongside a team of 5–8 assemblers, building 100–200 units daily
  • First shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
