Location: Ramsey, MN

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hr

About the Role

Join a team building custom refrigeration units used in grocery stores and gas stations. You’ll be brazing copper piping using an oxyacetylene torch, assembling units based on blueprints, and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Braze copper-to-copper piping using oxyacetylene torch
• Cut and measure piping and insulation to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Assemble housing units for refrigeration racks
• Perform physical tasks: bending, kneeling, twisting, lifting

Top Skills

• Mechanical assembly
• Brazing experience
• Blueprint reading
• Hand tools & tape measure proficiency

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ months of mechanical assembly, machine operation, or construction
• Experience in plumbing or entry-level welding (MIG)
• Farm equipment repair or automotive work is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Work Environment

• Large, clean manufacturing facility
• Team-based builds (3–4 people per unit)
• Fast-paced, well-lit, no A/C (fans provided)
• Steel-toed boots and long pants required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
