Metal Finisher

Pay: $20-40/hour (Based on experience)

Location: Currently in Maple Plain - Relocating to Buffalo

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to operate manual surface grinding machines and produce high‑precision mold components. Your work will directly support the production of mold cavities, cores, and inserts that must meet extremely tight tolerances for medical, automotive, and aerospace applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual surface grinding machines.
• Grind flat and contoured surfaces on high‑precision mold components.
• Ensure all components meet exact dimensional and tolerance requirements.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• 1+ year of experience surface grinding metal parts using appropriate machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read 3D prints in Mastercam.
• Experience operating surface grinding machines on metal components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints using Mastercam software.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience working in Mastercam.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
