We’re hiring Production Associates for direct placement roles focused on assembling radiators and copper‑coil systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, following blueprints, and being part of a team that values quality and craftsmanship — this is the job for you!

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assemble radiators and radiator coils using blueprints, work orders, and hand tools
• Measure, cut, and fit components using tape measures and measuring tools
• Install metal brackets using drills and hand tools
• Complete tasks within planned production times
• Communicate equipment issues to leads/supervisors
• Participate in 5S, cleaning, and organizing activities
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies

🛠️ What You Bring

• 6+ months Mechanical Assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong tape‑measure & measuring skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and equipment
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with PPE (steel‑toes, eye/ear protection)

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
