Electrical Technician – Control Panel Wiring & Assembly

We’re looking for an Electrical Technician who enjoys problem‑solving, working with their hands, and building high‑quality control panels from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and wire custom control panels for large‑scale water purification systems
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Drill, tap, and assemble electrical components
• Run conduit and wiring through piping systems
• Perform quality checks and functional testing on completed panels
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a modern, climate‑controlled facility

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in electrical panel building, wiring, or related electrical work
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Experience with conduit wiring, hand tools, and power tools
• Understanding of AC/DC voltage
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and accurately read tape measures (inches & centimeters)
• Bonus: Pre‑Apprentice Electrician or Electrician experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
