About the Role
We are hiring Production Assemblers for a direct-placement opportunity assembling radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. This hands‑on role involves working directly from blueprints, using hand and measuring tools, and performing mechanical assembly to build high‑quality products. Ideal for candidates who enjoy working with tools, following detailed instructions, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow work orders and blueprints to assemble products to exact specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools (including tape measure) to cut, measure, and build assemblies
- Install metal brackets and components using drills and screws
- Complete assigned tasks within standard timeframes
- Communicate any machine or production issues to the lead or supervisor
- Support daily 5S practices, including organization and cleaning
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
- Perform basic quality checks on finished parts
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong measuring skills, including reading a tape measure
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of required PPE (steel‑toe boots, eye/ear protection)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.
