Pay: $18 - 20/hr

Job Description:

Large Company looking to train and develop Candidates who are interested in Learning more about General Carpentry!

In this role, you will help build wall panels, trusses, floors, stairs, and other framing components using hand and power tools. You will work on your feet throughout the shift, alongside a team of 3–4 crew members, while meeting production quotas and following strict safety guidelines. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering year-round work, consistent overtime, and long-term growth potential.

Job Duties:

• Assemble wall panels, trusses, and additional framing components
• Use hand and power tools including tape measures, nail guns, table saws, and utility knives
• Read tape measures accurately down to 1/8"
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Meet daily/weekly production expectations
• Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally (2–3 times per shift)
• Bring required tools on your first day (varies by department)

  • Hours: Mon–Thurs 5:30 AM–3:30 PM, Fri 5:30 AM–3:30 PM

    • Chalk line
    • Carpenter’s pencil
• Trusses Department
  • Hours: Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Fri 5:30 AM–1:30 PM
    • Required Tools:
    • Tool belt
    • 10–24 oz framing hammer
    • 25’ tape measure
    • Utility knife
    • Carpenter’s pencil

This is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
