Forklift Operator

$21–$25/hour | Weekly Pay | 2nd Shift & 3rd shift

Position Summary

We are seeking forklift operators with experience using clamp forklifts, reach trucks, stand‑up forklifts, and RF scanners. This role involves moving product efficiently, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring accuracy in all paperwork and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate clamp forklifts, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking
• Read and interpret schedules and work orders
• Load and unload trailers and railcars while following all paperwork procedures
• Perform visual quality inspections to verify unit counts and truck accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Pay & Shifts

• Pay: $21–$25/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • 3rd Shift
• Weekly Pay

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience (clamp, reach, stand‑up)
• Ability to read schedules and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
