Cleanroom Associate: Medical Components Manufacturing

• 1st: 6am-2:30pm, $18-20
• 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm, $20-22
• 3rd: 10pm-6:30am, $22-24

Position Overview

Production Operators support one of three core areas—Molding, Trimming, or Mill/Mix—to ensure consistent output of high‑quality silicone and plastic parts. This role is essential to maintaining the accuracy, safety, and reliability required in medical device production.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Cleanroom or medical manufacturing experience.
• High level of hand‑eye coordination and fine motor control.
• Familiarity with quality‑driven production environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and documentation.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delano, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
