Job Description

Candidates will be utilizing equipment, hand and power tools for assembling custom products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools.
• Work collaboratively in assembly line and independently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• 6+ months of previous experience in assembly, construction, landscaping, packaging, or general labor.
• 6+ months of experience with hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or industrial assembly.
• Experience with power tools.

Work Environment

The working hours are 6:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employees must be open to working additional hours on Fridays. The environment requires closed-toed tennis shoes or work boots, with safety glasses and ear protection provided. The facility can be warm during the summer, and employees will stand for 10-hour shifts. Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
