Job Title: Clean Room Assembler
Job Description
This is a cross-trained position involving assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing. Contractors will work in a clean room environment, primarily assisting with medical device assembly. The role involves assembling containers used for surgical instruments and requires working from blueprints and work orders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medical device assembly in a clean room environment.
- Assemble containers for surgical instruments using screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and assembly fixtures.
- Work from blueprints and work orders.
- Gather parts from the warehouse using a traveler and set up the workstation daily.
- Box, label, and package the final product and test tubes.
- Potentially assist in the shipping department when necessary.
Essential Skills
- Ability to understand gowning procedures and clean room protocols.
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience with hand tools, assembly, and medical device production.
- Ability to read and write work directions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferably 6 months plus of manufacturing or assembly experience, or a sharp entry-level candidate.
- Hand dexterity and high production speed.
- Experience with microscopes and packing.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
