Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30–$40/hr (Based on experience)

Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our facility running at peak performance. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with advanced technology, and taking ownership of your work, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems up to 480V.
• Maintain and repair automated packaging equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot PLC controls and assist with programming adjustments.
• Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Electrical experience, including 3-phase systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and control systems.
• Welding experience is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
