Material Handlers – All Shifts Available

Pay: $21–$23/hr + $3 Shift Differential

Join a fast‑growing warehouse and manufacturing team where you’ll work across multiple departments and gain experience with a wide range of equipment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, cross‑training, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items using pick sheets
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory
• Build pallets and break down boxes
• Operate pallet jacks throughout the warehouse
• Drive reach trucks, stand‑up forklifts, sit‑down forklifts, and tuggers
• Load and unload trucks by hand or using lifts
• For shipping/receiving roles:
  • Work with ERP systems (Epicor)
  • Handle tasks at dock doors

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year forklift experience (reach truck, sit‑down, stand‑up, etc.)
• Ability to cross‑train into production roles
• Basic computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
