🚀 What You’ll Do

You’ll rotate through multiple departments, gaining experience across the warehouse while keeping materials flowing efficiently. Your day may include:

• Picking and packing orders using pick sheets
• Using an RF scanner to track and manage inventory
• Building pallets and breaking down boxes
• Operating pallet jacks throughout the facility
• Driving reach trucks, stand‑ups, sit‑downs, and tuggers
• Loading and unloading trucks by lift or by hand
• Supporting shipping & receiving using ERP systems (Epicor) and managing dock‑door activity

This is a role for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and staying busy.

🔧 What You Bring

• Flexibility to work in different departments each day
• Previous warehouse experience
• 1+ year of forklift experience preferred
• Ability to cross‑train with production
• Basic computer skills

🕒 Shifts Available

Choose the schedule that fits your life (4-10 hour shifts with opportunity for overtime!) :

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
