About the Role

We’re looking for a flexible, motivated Material Handler to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations—helping move, store, and ship products efficiently. Every day brings something new, from operating forklifts and pallet jacks to managing inventory with RF scanners. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and the chance to learn new skills, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

• ✅ Pick and pack items using pick sheets
• 📲 Manage inventory with RF scanners
• 📦 Build pallets and prepare shipments
• 🚚 Operate pallet jacks and drive trucks (reach, stand-up, sit-down, tuggers)
• 📤 Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• 🖥 Support shipping/receiving with ERP systems like Epicore

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility to adapt to different departments daily
• 1+ year of forklift experience (preferred)
• Ability to cross-train with production teams
• Basic computer skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Elk River, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
