We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing or production.
Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components following work instructions and diagrams.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures.
- Experience in mechanical, electronic, or general assembly.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal and carpentry.
- Understanding of the assembly process and general production.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fairmont, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
