About Us

Join a dynamic team at an ISO9001/AS9100 certified fabrication company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of multilayer insulation blankets for aerospace, cryogenic applications, and military defense. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technicians to support our growing workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy canvas materials.
• Read measurements and cut materials to required specifications.
• Interpret and understand shop prints and ISO documentation.
• Accurately document all processes as required.
• Gown up in cleanroom attire (bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, gloves).

Essential Skills

• 3+ months of sewing experience or 6+ months of manufacturing experience (commercial, industrial, or personal).
• Ability to pass reading, English, and math tests.
• 6+ months of experience in inspection, assembly, or high-level documentation.
• Ability to read a ruler and blueprints (6 months–1 year experience).
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience and gowning is a plus.
• GED/High School diploma preferred (not required).
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Strong English communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
