Framing Foreman

Job Title:

Carpentry Foreman (Framing & Remodeling)

Pay:

$28.00 – $36.00 per hour (W2) (Up to 40 for the right candidate)

Monday–Thursday schedule, with Fridays off unless OT is needed.

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Carpentry Foreman to support framing and remodeling projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who values craftsmanship, team collaboration, and safety. The company emphasizes efficiency, professionalism, and work‑life balance — including a consistent four‑day work week.

Job Duties:

• Lead and perform framing and remodeling carpentry on commercial and residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Coordinate daily tasks with crew members and project leadership
• Maintain safety standards, site cleanliness, and quality workmanship
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and workflow organization
• Troubleshoot field issues and help keep projects on schedule

This is a Permanent position based out of Hastings, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.
