General Production Worker – 2nd Shift – 2:00pm–10:30pm – Fast‑Paced GMP Environment – Hiring Now

Join a growing production team on 2nd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) in a clean, temperature‑controlled GMP facility producing and packaging high‑quality juice products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and follows strict safety and sanitation standards, including gowns, hairnets, and gloves.

Responsibilities

• Set up production machines daily following established procedures
• Operate machinery to meet production standards and minimize waste
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues immediately
• Identify and report machine malfunctions
• Maintain proper stock of materials and replenish as needed
• Perform and document line‑specific sanitation tasks
• Record daily production activity accurately
• Package and move finished product to storage and shipping areas
• Support RedZone tasks: shift starts/stops, problem coding, communication

Essential Skills

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Strong attendance and reliable work history
• Ability to push/pull a pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Constant standing, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Solid communication skills (oral, written, reading)
• Willingness to learn forklift operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Food production experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
