Material Handler – Pick & Pack (Entry Level)

🕒 Full‑Time | Day Shift
We’re hiring Entry‑Level Material Handlers to support our picking and packing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in warehouse work — no prior experience required. Training is provided!
What You’ll Do:
- Pick and pack items accurately for shipment
- Use a handheld scanner to scan boxes and build pallets
- Sort, clean, and package small items (TV remotes and accessories)
- Insert batteries and prepare products for shipping
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Meet daily quality and production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- No warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Basic comfort using a computer or scanner
- Good attention to detail
- Dependable, motivated, and team‑oriented
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
