đ§ What Youâll Do
- Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel for custom and production exhaust systems
- Tack weld and assemble exhaust components
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols with accuracy
- Support various shop tasks to expand your skills and experience
- Assist with fabrication using equipment such as:
- Brake press
- Shear
- Roller
â What You Bring
Essential Skills
- Hands-on MIG welding experience (mild & stainless steel)
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques
Preferred Skills
- Experience with plasma cutting and wireâfeed welding
- Familiarity with tape measures, brake presses, and fabrication tools
- Welding experience from school, farm work, or previous employment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
