Minneapolis, MN

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC mills and lathes (Mori Seiki, Kitamura, Haas, Fanuc Robodrill)
- Make G/M‑code edits, perform tool changes, and handle basic troubleshooting
- Hold tight tolerances on precision machined components
- Perform in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs
- Follow blueprints, setup sheets, and technical documentation accurately
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of CNC operating experience or machining trade school
- Experience with CNC mills or lathes; production machining a plus
- Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and shop‑math abilities
- Familiarity with GD&T and basic G/M‑code functions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lauderdale, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
