Now Hiring: CNC Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift

Minneapolis, MN

Join a growing, employee‑focused manufacturer with modern equipment, a clean climate‑controlled shop, and clear opportunities for advancement. We’re expanding our machining team and seeking skilled CNC Operators who take pride in precision work.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes (Mori Seiki, Kitamura, Haas, Fanuc Robodrill)
  • Make G/M‑code edits, perform tool changes, and handle basic troubleshooting
  • Hold tight tolerances on precision machined components
  • Perform in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs
  • Follow blueprints, setup sheets, and technical documentation accurately

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of CNC operating experience or machining trade school
  • Experience with CNC mills or lathes; production machining a plus
  • Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and shop‑math abilities
  • Familiarity with GD&T and basic G/M‑code functions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lauderdale, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
