Join a respected Minnesota builder with more than 40 years of continuous growth. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will work with a small team to build structural components including wall panels, floors, trusses, and stairs in a clean, organized facility.

What You Will Do

• Assemble structural building components indoors
• Work in teams of three to four
• Use hand tools, power tools, table saws, and nail guns
• Read tape measures accurately to one-eighth inch
• Lift materials up to 75 pounds as needed
• Maintain steady productivity and consistent weekly hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lino Lakes, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
