Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses on a large schematic or blueprint board. Your tasks will include harnessing cables to complete wire harnesses, braiding wires, and reading schematic or blueprints to determine where to place each specific wire or cable. This process may involve color coding and requires connecting wires or cables into various connectors. You will also use basic hand tools and power tools to tighten, screw, or connect parts on the schematic board.
Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses on a schematic or blueprint board.
- Harness cables to complete wire harnesses.
- Braid wires as needed.
- Read and interpret schematic or blueprints for wire/cable placement.
- Connect wires and cables into different connectors.
- Utilize basic hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Mechanical assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Wiring skills
- General labor and assembling experience
- 6 months of mechanical or electronic assembly in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Experience in wire harnessing is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced and highly productive environment. This role requires standing for the entire shift and involves walking back and forth on the schematic board.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
