Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking orders, operating a sit-down forklift, loading trailers for outgoing shipments, and unloading trailers from the production plant to allocate finished products in the warehouse. Daily use of a computer to log orders is also required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and manage inventory.
• Load trailers for outgoing shipments ensuring proper packaging and safety.
• Unload trailers to allocate finished products in the warehouse.
• Utilize a computer to log orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Essential Skills

• Experience with warehouse operations and order picking.
• Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to perform packaging and stock replenishment tasks.
• Basic data entry skills for logging orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience in sit-down forklift operation, order picking, packaging, and stock replenishment.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a noisy and warm area due to the product. Candidates must be prepared to stand for the entire shift and are required to wear steel-toed shoes or boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $23.35/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mankato,MN.
