What You’ll Do

• Build custom HVAC and chiller units from the ground up for major data center clients
• Use a wide variety of hand tools and power tools to complete high‑quality mechanical assembly
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed build instructions
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop through sweeping, organizing, and prepping finished units for shipment
• Support fellow assemblers and contribute to a team environment where everyone wins
• Grow your skills and move into additional assembly areas as you develop

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands‑on production
• Comfortable with a variety of tools and mechanical processes
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings and schematics
• Experience with HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a strong plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn—and a crisp high‑five when the moment calls for it

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
