Overview:

We are looking for an Assembler to help build custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for data centers. This role involves using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and assisting with general shop duties like sweeping, shrink wrapping, and clean-up

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom HVAC and chiller units using hand and power tools.
• Perform general shop tasks (clean-up, shrink wrapping, sweeping).
• Support other assemblers and maintain workflow.
• Opportunity to learn and grow into other areas.

Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (sheet metal experience preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable with hand tools and mechanical assembly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment:

• Brand-new, climate-controlled facility with a family-like atmosphere.
• Casual dress code (steel-toe boots required).
• Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu 5:30 AM–3:00 PM, Fri 5:30 AM–10:00 AM.

2nd Shift: Mon–Thu 2:00 PM–1:00 AM (train on 1st shift for 3–4 weeks).

This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
