Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Join our team in building custom products. Use various hand and power tools to assist in mechanical assembly, packing, and maintaining the shop. As you progress, you'll have opportunities to expand into other areas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom products.
• Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.
• Assist with sweeping, shrink wrapping, and shop clean-up.
• Follow blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.

Essential Skills

• At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry or with sheet metal is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to execute a crisp high-five.

Work Environment

Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with high ceilings and natural light. Join a small, family-like team that enjoys holiday parties and employee appreciation events. This position will be on 1st shift Monday to Thursday 5:30am - 3pm and Fridays 5:30am - 10am. Enjoy a casual dress code with steel toe boots required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
