Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Cleanroom Production Operator, where you will have the opportunity to work in the dynamic Trimming, Molding, or Mill/Mix Departments. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality silicone and plastic components used in medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Operate molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
- Load material, remove molded parts, and perform basic inspections.
- Document production data and report process issues.
- Trim, finish, and inspect molded silicone and plastic medical components to meet quality and cosmetic requirements.
- Trim flash and excess material from molded parts using hand tools.
- Perform visual inspection with a microscope for defects such as tears, bubbles, and incomplete fill.
- Prepare and process raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling to create compounds used in medical device manufacturing.
- Weigh and mix materials per batch records and formulas.
- Operate mixing and milling equipment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using a microscope for detailed inspections.
- Experience in medical assembly and working in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong assembly and production skills in a medical device context.
- Excellent inspection skills and hand dexterity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a cleanroom is highly valued.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
