Job Title: Level 3-4 OperatorJob Description

The role involves reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and building catheter assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds within a cleanroom environment. The tasks include working under a microscope, completing sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting processes, conducting visual inspections, and final packaging of catheters.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret work instructions and production drawings.
  • Build catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies in a cleanroom setting.
  • Perform tasks under a microscope, including working with very small pieces.
  • Use small hand tools for assembly and documentation.
  • Conduct visual inspections and ensure quality standards.
  • Package the final catheter products.
Essential Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in catheter building/assembly in the medical device industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.
  • Hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Balloon catheter building/assembly experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, state-of-the-art facility with a break room. The company has experienced significant growth over the past five years. The position is for the second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Employees receive a 30-minute paid break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch, along with a 15-minute paid break. The company hosts various events, lunches, and cultural gatherings to promote a sense of community.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
