Required Top Skills:
- Experience providing level II Support, configuration and troubleshooting for enterprise level applications for users in the field and corporate locations (ERP, Concur, Payroll, FSM, etc)
- This consultant will be the Conduit between the field and the L3 team
- Embrace shift left methodology where applicable
- Experience with user access provisioning and applications access requests (setting access, editing privilege rights for role changes, file permissions, etc.)
- Experience troubleshooting Email and collaboration platforms (Citrix, WIFI, TEAMS, M365, etc.)
- Experience leveraging IT Ticketing systems with ServiceNow being the preferred option
Description
We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to support our business, the candidate will be responsible for supporting our business in office and in the field. They will be performing a variety of support activities while maintaining strong communication with field & business users around expectations and solutions. We are looking for a professional IT Support Technician that is service/support oriented to support our business. This role will report to the Enterprise Operations Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to the following:
o Provide support that meets the high expectations of field and business users
o Develop new and maintain knowledge articles to teach helpdesk and level 1 teams
o Determine best course of action for users based on troubleshooting
o Determine hardware specs needed for client while developing client solutions
o Prioritize and maintain issues in Service Now for supported staff
o Analysis of software use case to determine hardware needs
o Develop fixes for problems, test, revise and document fix
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a better experience for the end user
o Act and present self as extremely professional
o Develop process with new & existing technology
o Test hardware configurations
o SME for unique technologies; segment specific
o Accountable to operational tasks within all aspects of IT space
o Document, test, deploy new hardware/software solutions
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
o Experience in responding with the highest level of professionalism in stressful, urgent situations.
o A technical understanding of IT networks, Audio/Video rooms, and IT applications.
o Proficient, and/or Thorough understanding of computer-related AV applications, systems, and tools.
o Excellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills.
o Impeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization.
o Self-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude.
o Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while communication with peers & users
o Knowing UiPath or other RPA applications is a plus!
